A: Yes, of course. We are the manufacturer with about 40 years of experience, and we have our own R&D team can design according to your special technical requirements. All the customized design will be finished within 3 days after receiving your detail technical parameters requirements.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality?

A: We have very professional quality control team and complete quality control system like ISO. We will constantly check the quality during the manufacturing process, and strictly test the equipment before shipment. For each order, we will offer detail test report before shipment for your checking.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: For crane components, we will offer within 5 days; for light crane, the lead time will be about 10-15 days; For heavy duty crane, generally it will be about 30-45 days. And if you have very special requirement, the production period will be a bit long like 60 days or more. While if you have urgent requirement, we can also push our production and try to meet your requirements.

Q: How long is your warranty period?

A: Generally 12 months. It is also according to customers' requirements.

A: Five basic parameters should be offered:
Application, Capacity, Span, Lifting height, Working class

Q: What is the capacity of overhead crane?

A: The crane capacity ranges from 0.5t to 350t.

Q: Whether you can supply technical supports or spare parts in time when the crane broke?

A: At any time, the online free technical support could be available. We can supply the spare parts for free within the warranty period and charge as per cost price when the warranty is invalid.

Q: How to confirm the working class of the crane?

A: Please offer us the working environment, working duration, and usage frequency of the crane, then our engineer shall calculate it for you.

Q: How should we operate the crane?

A: Three kinds of control methods available for our cranes:
Cab control: A professional driver shall control the crane in the cage.
Remote control: A professional operator shall control the crane with a remote controller.
Joystick control: A professional operator shall control the machine with a hand switch, and walking with the travelling crane.

Q: What is the package type?

A: It depends on the crane type. Usually, the body is packaged with high quality
water-proof plastic woven cloths. Spare parts are packed in a high quality plywood box.
